Bizzup’s software solution allow businesses to run their entire operations on a single
platform. Bizzup is a certified local
partner and integrator of Odoo.
Odoo provides a suite of business management
software tools including, CRM, e-commerce, billing, accounting, manufacturing,
warehouse, project management, and inventory management and more.
Responsibilities:
A to Z management of the implementation of Bizzup’s solution, including:
- Work
with our clients (New or Existing) to evaluate their business
operation in order to map their processes and needs
- Define
a holistic solution based on Bizzup’s &
Odoo’s tools and knowhow
- Assess the resources required, as well as specifying the development requirements for the development team
- Implement
according to plan
- Train
client on implementation
- Monitor
existing client implementations to verify that requirements are met
- Provide
ongoing technical support, customization and configuration accordingly
- Overall
responsibility for managing the account
Requirements:
- Proven
involvement in working with business
clients with integration of a technical solution
- Proficient
planning, mapping, and communication skills - combined with expertise in
client interaction
- Familiarity
with “Information Systems and Technology,”
as well as an understanding of use cases involving an ERP/CRM apps
- Strong
English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's
degree in Information
Systems
Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analysis, or
other related disciplines
- Aligned experience implementing software
(i.e. ERPs, project managing, consulting with clients, and/or something
similar to the responsibilities of this role)
- Experience with ERP/CRM
- Experience in a SaaS company
